Thank you for booking with Naturally Nourished Lactation Consulting

I want to make sure we get the most out of your consultation, below I have listed a few guide lines.

Have intake form filled out and consent signed 24 hours before your consultation. You will receive this via email.

24 hours before all consultations an appointment confirmation will be sent via text message. Consultations not confirmed within 24hrs will be canceled. ​

​

Have infant ready to eat!

​

Have everything with you that you're currently using to help with feeding/lactation.

In Home

If pumping, have it nearby

Please have aggressive dogs put away

Please have house lights on. 

I will reach out to you via email regarding an ETA on my arrival.

In Office

My office is located in Campus Plaza, off 31W. The last unit on the right of the building. There is ample parking in the front and also the back of the building.

​

In office consultations will receive a text to "check in" once you arrive. Please check in, so that I know you have arrived for your consultation, and I will let you know when you can come into the building.
